Digital Delivery (Consultations & Reports)

For all our digital services including Online Istikhara, Spiritual Reports, and personalized Wazaif, there is no physical shipping required.

• Delivery Time: Digital reports and consultation details are delivered within 24 to 48 hours after your booking is confirmed.
• Delivery Method: You will receive your files securely via your registered WhatsApp number and/or Email address.
• Urgent Requests: In case of urgent spiritual consultations, we strive to provide immediate guidance over phone/video calls within a few hours.

Physical Shipping (Taweez & Blessed Items)

Some spiritual remedies require blessed items or Taweez to be physically shipped to your location to ensure effective spiritual healing.

• Processing Time: Spiritual items are customized and blessed after your order. Processing takes 2-3 business days before dispatch.
• Domestic Shipping (India): Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your state. We use premium trusted courier partners.
• International Shipping: We ship globally. International deliveries usually take 10 to 15 business days depending on customs clearance in your country.
• Order Tracking: Once your item is dispatched, a tracking ID will be sent to your WhatsApp and Email so you can monitor its journey.

Important Notes & Customs

• Lost or Damaged Items: If a physical item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
• Customs & Duties: For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the receiver.
• Incorrect Address: We are not liable for delayed or returned shipments due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Please double-check your shipping details.
