1. Consultations & Live Sessions

  • 4+ Hours Before: Cancel at least 4 hours before your session for a 100% full refund.
  • 1 to 4 Hours Before: Cancellations in this window receive a 50% refund in store credit.
  • Less than 1 Hour: Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable as the astrologer has reserved this time exclusively for you.
  • Astrologer Cancellation: If we must cancel due to an emergency, you will receive a full 100% refund or a free rescheduled session.
  • Technical Issues: If a session drops due to our platform issues, you can request a full refund or free reschedule.

2. Digital & Astrological Reports

  • Initial Window: You may request a cancellation within 5 hours of making a payment for a report, provided the work has not started.
  • Failed Generation: If a system error prevents your report from generating, you will automatically receive full credit.
  • Quality Concerns: If your report contains obvious technical errors or is substantially incomplete, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement.

3. Physical Items (Taweez / Gemstones)

  • Returns: Physical products are eligible for a return within 7 days of delivery if completely unused and in original packaging (return shipping paid by buyer).
  • Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 48 hours for a free replacement or full refund.

4. Strictly Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Spiritual healing operates on divine will and personal faith. Dissatisfaction with astrological predictions is not grounds for a refund.
  • Digital products that have already been accessed, downloaded, or delivered within the promised timeframe.
  • Incorrect birth details provided by the customer at the time of booking.
  • Promotional, discounted, or subscription purchases after the initial 48-hour window.

5. Refund Process, Timelines & Disputes

  • How to Request: Contact our support team via Email or WhatsApp within the allowed timeframe. Include your Order ID and reason. We review requests within 48 hours.
  • Timelines: Once approved, refunds process in 3 to 5 business days for UPI/Wallets, and 5 to 7 business days for Credit Cards/Net Banking.
  • Dispute Resolution: If unsatisfied with a decision, reply with "Refund Escalation". Our management will review your case fairly within 5-10 business days.
